2024 OLYMPIANS & THEIR TATTOOS

Check-out a few Olympians sporting our fave tatts this Olympic season in Paris

It’s difficult to (accurately) gage which came first: Tattoos or the Olympics. Direct evidence of tattooing on human skin dates to 4th millennium BC, while the origin of the Olympics is closer to more contemporary time in Ancient Greece – which 776 BC equates to, all things considered.

Because Olympians are predisposed to getting tatted-up with the Olympic rings dated the year the athletes participate in the Olympics, we thought pre-existing tattoos the Olympians were already donning somewhere on those amazingly fit physical specimens would be more interesting to focus on herein.

Here are a few of our faves inking-it-up!

CASIMIR SCHMIDT – NETHERLANDS/DUTCH ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS
SHA’CARRI RICHARDSON – U.S. TRACK & FIELD
NYJAH HUSTON – U.S. - SKATEBOARDING
MATT RICHARDS – UK/SWIMMING
JORDAN BURROUGHS U.S. WRESTLING
NIKKI HILTZ – U.S. TRACK & FIELD
STEPH CURRY – U.S. – BASKETBALL
MATT ANDERSON – U.S. - VOLLEYBALL
