Meet Sam Domsch, a dynamic college athlete whose passion for pickleball fuels his competitive drive both on and off the court. With lightning-fast reflexes and strategic finesse, Domsch dominates the pickleball scene, displaying his talents at Tuesday's practice at the local facility, Four Oaks, in Tallahassee.

Balancing his training schedule with academic commitments, Domsch embodies dedication and discipline, earning the respect of teammates and opponents alike. Domschs journey as a pickleball player not only embodies athletic excellence but also serves as an inspiration to his peers in the pickleball club, while demonstrating the power of perseverance.
Domsch exerts many strengths on the court such as his precise shots at the net or rallying from the baseline. The college athlete says he had the background of his athleticism through soccer as it increased his stamina to help him on the courts now. Sometimes the enthusiast must overcome his challenges and weaknesses on the courts. Domsch’s challenge on the court is patience. He says he can get too excited and hit the shots early and therefore he makes some shots in the nets or out of the court! According to Domsch, the collegiate athlete says, “Honestly every practice, it is fun to be on the courts for an hour or two and you just get to play different opponents.”
Smashing Pickleball Shots
As for the future, Domsch plans to pursue pickleball after he graduates. He would like to join in adult tournaments to further his skills in the sport. Domsch’s determination and love for the game take him to extreme levels of success. As a college athlete, he truly embodies the spirit of sportsmanship, as he is always cheering on both his teammates and opponents. Beyond the losses and wins, Domsch's journey as a pickleball player is inspiring to all through his transformative power of sports, instilling in his valuable lessons of teamwork, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence.
