Luis was born in Mexico and grew up in the Los Angeles area. Being involved in the food truck manufacturing business he then was motivated to start his own truck.

LA Tacos & Co. Interview - In this one on one interview we learn about Luis Ramirez and his family business. His father who taught him to cook throughout his childhood, later also taught his wife who is from Argentina to pass down the family recipes. They work together to curate a fresh menu to showcase Mexican food with a Californian spin serving to the greater LA area.
