The Tri Tip Man food truck is a family-owned business, run by owner and Trail Boss, Jeff Killough. Our truck has an 18-foot kitchen, featuring a Cookshack smoker, where we serve up a variety of Smokin’ Tri-Tip sandwiches and other cowboy grub. The tri-tip we serve is not your typical Santa Maria fare. We marinate ours in our own “Kickin’ Cowboy Rub”, a coffee-based blend of spices, also available for sale at our truck.
