Though slightly late to the game, Jeep has finally announced that it will have a full lineup of electric vehicles by 2030. It’s not a moment too soon, too, because if the cultural keystone that is the Super Bowl has taught us anything this year, it is that electric vehicles are the new kid on the block and that this kid is quickly aging into a wizened old codger that will never ever leave. The announcement also promises a new all-electric Jeep model — yet unnamed — in 2025 interestingly comes as the stock of Jeep’s parent company, Stellantis, declined by 8%, which was more than the rest of the market on average, despite strong earnings.
