Antonios Karagiannakis wanted to start his own business back in Greece, but once the economic crisis hit his home country, he decided to take on a different path. Making the journey from Crete, Greece to the United States was not an easy decision, but Antonio was determined to succeed. When opportunity knocked, Antonio started Kalamaki, a successful food truck that specializes in fine Greek food inspired by the island of Crete.
